I am losing weight and am fairly happy with my weight loss with Alli so far. I am, however, experiencing a frustrating problem. This is a problem I have always dealt with.
I have begun using a salad plate instead of a dinner plate. I try to put just a serving of each food on my plate without filling it full. I eat slowly, chewing each bite carefully and many times so I actually taste and savor my food rather than inhale it. I am actually now able to recognize when I am satisfied, but if the food tastes really good, I just can't seem to put my fork down. I can't get away from the "clean your plate" rule. It is frustrating me. I know my success would be greater if I could do just this one thing.
Any suggestions?
