Hello Everyone! I am so excited, it's my first weigh in and I am down 8lbs! I feel fabulous! No TE at all. I have stuck to my Fat and Calorie intake almost to a T!

I must say this pill really works, I have not got in exercise in but I am going to focus on that this week

Hi Kristina - Congratulations.  8 lbs is great!!!!  I can't wait to say (and feel like) I've lost 8 lbs.  When did you start with the program.  I started two weeks ago.  My second weigh in was today (I don't know why I picked Mondays! LOL).  I lost 4 lbs.  I wish it was more but I'm happy with it.  It's a slow steady loss.  I really like the program and the support from others on the board.  I'm happy to chat with you any time.  I'm in NY.

WTG that is great.  I have just start Alli, but not really sure what I am doing.  I am tryign to figure out how to check in?  Is there a special place casue when I click on the check in thing it says no data is entered where would I go to enter the data?

Becky - Did you join myalliplan and register?  You have to do that and enter in all of the information they ask for.  Then you can check in.

Hi I,m Mindy and I just started too! I can't weigh in either. I hurt my back two days ago and can't walk real well. I hope to get back to it soon. I tried this pill before but did not change my eating this time I am very carful and really hopig it will work!!!
