    New here

Hey everybody. I'm new here too and just want to introduce myself.  I work for LiveActive, love being outdoors and just having fun!  I've tried dieting before and am looking for something new.  I look forward to reading your posts and success stories.  Also, what are some good quick breakfast ideas that you found that work?

    Hi Everyone,

I am new here as well, this is day 2 for me on alli and 2,0000000000000000000000 on a diet or life style change! lol  I look very forward to getting healthier, I just started during water aerobics at the gym and I feel with Alli and my new exercise regimene, I can finally get away from the 220s and back to the 150s.

    Re: New here

Day two for me and not sure what I'm doing but I'm going to give it my best. I like fried green apple on toasted 35 calorie wheat bread. I put a tsp of olive oil in a small skillet slice a small green apple in thin slices and add about two Tbsp of honey. Let simmer for ten minutes. Pour the apple slice on the toast and enjoy.

    Re: New here

     Welcome ladies,

    Some breakfast ideas:

Kashi Almond Flax Cereal, 8oz 1% lowfat milk, Whole Wheat English muffin with 1 T peanut butter: 16g fat

2 Whole Wheat Waffles, lite syrup, 3 slices turkey bacon, 8oz 1% lowfat milk: 15.5g fat

Have a snack mid morning with 2 to 3 grams of fat and you reach your 19g for breakfast.

    Hope this helps.

    Pam
