I understand how Alli works, and that it does work. Im just wondering how much Im learning from it (longterm) 60 grams of fat a day is allot without Alli. I feel like Im constantly eating and not ever hungry! Which is great..but...What happens when I reach my goal weight and want to maintain and be healthy? Im going to have to go back to "dieting" to keep the weight off without Alli, since I cant rely on Alli cutting back my fat intake???
