I have contacted you before regarding this problem.
My check in day is Sunday. I originally contact you via message boards because I was not receiving my check in emails until Monday. The first would be available early Monday morning, the second notice came in the afternoon, even if I had completed checkin through the first email of the morning.
You replied that my account was inactive, I've been using the website and checkins since March. Then something was said regarding a date error. As of this Monday morning, there was no first email, only the second "reminder" in the afternoon. I sent a message referring to this on Monday, it has not been responded to, nor has it been posted.
If the problem can not be resolved, so be it; I will cope. But, at least, respond and let me know.
