    I asked in the dietician specialist about this and they referred me to ask this question here-  I wanted to know if it would be a good idea to continue my CLA and GLA Combo. I am going to be starting my Alli program this week and I want to make sure I reduce the chances of "te". I take 3.5 grams of CLA and 1200 mg GLA (Borage Oil)

    Hi deanna1221,

    You can continue taking these supplements, but you do need to space them apart from an Alli dose by 2 hours.  First to ensure you are fgetting full absorption of these supplements since they are fat soluble and secondly to avoid the chance of a treatment effect (otherwise you would include the fat grams as part of the meal).
