    Low Fat Whole Wheat Tortillas

I am really craving bread.  My BIG weakness.  Does anyone know if lowfat tortillas are a good substitute for a slice of bread on a sandwich??

    Thanks!

I don't know about the low-fat tortillas, but I eat these whole wheat sandwich wraps called

Light Flatout Wraps.  They are 90 calories and have only 2.5 grams of fat!

Not to mention they are huge for those stats. I fill them with low-fat lunch meats, FF cheese, lettuce, and all the veggies for a low fat lunch.

You can usually find them in the grocery store right next to the pita breads.

I just found these awesome low carb, low fat  and high in fiber tortillas.  They only have 50 cal and 2 g of fat

They are called Smart and Delicious Tortillas and I bought them at Ralph's

Thanks so much for this advice!  I like these alot!  They are thick enough to make a good pizza or even toast them like a panini with olive oil spray and lowfat ingredients! :)
