Concerned that I am not getting enough food

I am 5' 4 and weight currently 146.  My ultimate goal weight is 136.  I am trying my best to stick to the calorie limit it gives me...1200.  However, I have constant headeachs and after I eat a meal I still feel as if I could eat another one.  I am tired most of the day and have a lack of concentration.  I feel that a 1400 calorie diet would be much better for me.  I don't know how to edit my goals to reflect that diet.  I am losing weight about 2 lbs a week, but I would be satisfied with a slower weight loss in order to feel better physically.  I thought I could just count my calories on my own, but I really like the nutrition log that keeps up with my trends and other facts besides my calories.  It gives me an idea of the right balance of food that I should eat.  Please advise me with your opinion.

    Thanks,

    Melissa

Re: Concerned that I am not getting enough food

    Hi Melissa,

Yes, I will recommend you up your calorie level, especially if you are still hungry after your meals.  To change your calorie level, post your request with the tech support staff in this message board.  Go to the home page of this message board and scroll down until you see their forum.

In the meantime, add ~50 more calories to each meal. If your problems continues, I will recommend you consult with your doctor; just to make sure they can rule out any other issues.

Hope you are feeling better soon :)

Re: Concerned that I am not getting enough food

I just wanted to update you. I increased my calories to 1400 and I am still losing weight. I feel much better and actually have enough energy to do moderate exercise.  I walk about 30mins-1hour a few times a week.  I don't have headaches and I am not hungry all the time.  Thanks for the advise.
