    Blazer,

Thats great.  Try not to get discouraged....as you are on the program longer it will get easier.  Adding more exercise really helps too.   I have been on Alli since Jan 10th.    I have lost 34 lb to date.   some weeks i didnt lose anything but I stuck with it and I WILL see my goal weight and so can you.  Congrats and Best Wishes

    Hi Blazer1124,

I think that you had a great first weigh-in. It's hard to look at 1.5 lbs as a lot of weight when you are focusing on how much you have to lose. It can help to set short-term goals. If your first goal was to lose 10 lbs the 1.5 lbs would have a much bigger impact. Does that make sense?

I wish you lots of continued success,

Re: FIRST WEIGH IN-NOT SO BAD I GUESS

I have been on Alli since January 4th, and I started to work out about 2 weeks later.

Unfortunately I fell last night and injured both of my ankle pretty badly, I am not sure if I will be able to work out for a while, lettle alone be able to walk around for a bit.  And can you imagine the first thing out of my mouth after I fell down was Oh man I am not going to be able to work out for a while, it really upset me.

    Thanks
