    ...if you like cheese and crackers!

    One of my girl friends just turned me on to this and it is actually quite satisfying! I take Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb Cheese (they make lots of flavors, and you can find them in the fancy cheese area of your grocery store!) and spread it on 5 garlic bagel crisps!

     The cheese wedge is only 35 calories and the bagel rounds I use are 60 calories per serving! This snack is pretty yummy and only 95 calories!

    Any of the flavors are also good spread on a celery stalk.

    Very munchable.

    I like that cheese on those flattened pretzels (Pretzel Crisps). For 11 crisps, they have 110 cal. and 0 fat grams.

    Pick N Save carries that cheese as well as Sam's Club.

    They also work great when making mashed potatoes.  My husband and I use a little chicken broth and a couple of the light laughing cow cheese wedges.  You sort of adjust according to how much you make.

    Thank you for the idea with the mashed potatoes. 

    I see you are almost at your goal weight.  You should be really proud of yourself.  I started back in February of '08 and my SW was 166, CW 144, GW is also 125.  I have been at a 144 for 3 weeks now.  I have lost in inches, I am down 2 sizes, but I would also like to continue to loose 1-2 pounds a week.  Do you have any suggestions that have worked for you really well?  I am really good about sticking to my calorie & fat intake.  So, again any suggestions would be great. 

    Keep up the great job!  We all know how hard is to get to where we are at right now.
