I see you are almost at your goal weight. You should be really proud of yourself. I started back in February of '08 and my SW was 166, CW 144, GW is also 125. I have been at a 144 for 3 weeks now. I have lost in inches, I am down 2 sizes, but I would also like to continue to loose 1-2 pounds a week. Do you have any suggestions that have worked for you really well? I am really good about sticking to my calorie & fat intake. So, again any suggestions would be great.
Keep up the great job! We all know how hard is to get to where we are at right now.
