Oh my gosh Hopeful, I own some of the BEST! I bought them for my 80 year old Mom but she doesn't use them so I TOOK them. They really work too. Add 3 pound hand weights for more of a workout. I use 8 pounds now and wish you could see my arms!!!
I do them when I watch TV since I don't want to be a couch potato. I LOVE them and got mine on Amazon!
