I have not been able to remove meals from the meal plan.  Nor do the meal substitutions stay after I select them. This is a problem when I go to print my shopping list.  Please let me know what I am doing wrong.

What Internet browser are you using? I tested it in Internet Explorer and was unable to remove items, but in Safari and Firefox I was able to.

I am using AOL.  In the past it was never a problem.  I just downloaded Mozilla and it did not work for me. Please help

Origianlly I was using AOL.  In the past I never had problems.  I just downloaded mozilla and it is still not working.  Is this something with my internet settings?  thanks for the help

No I did not. I have not been on the plan since last september but back then it worked for me fine.  Thanks

Any chance that the remove feature will be fixed anytime soon or if I am the only one with the problem can someone please let me know how to fix.  I am very busy with work and a grandmother in the hospital and would very much like to get back on the alli plan.  I have bought my new pills and just can't wait to get started.  I enjoyed using the meal plan in the past but for me I changed the snacks and removed several meals that I was not utalizing the meal plan for.  If I had more time I could print shopping list and try to figure out what I didnt  need but that somewhat defeats the purpose of having that feature and is very time consuming.  I started this post on 5/19 and this issue is still not corrected.  I have to say this is my first dissapointment with alli.  Thank you so much for your attention to this.

I have no firewalls and it does not work at my computer at the office either.  I have used aol, foxfire, internet explorer.  This feature use to work for me fine and suddenly it stopped.  I tried all the same browsers at work as well.  I simply cant remove meals.  It is very frusterating. I dont have time as it is and this feature is very important to me as part of my meal planning process.  I even tried to create a new identity to start over but have no product code.  please help.

We have been unable to replicate this error. If you contact the customer service line they can probably provide you with a new code to register.

I have the same problem.  I use IE and Norton.  When I try to remove or substitute I see that I get and a warning "shield" in the bottom left corner of IE with says "Done with Errors".  When I doublie click on it here are the details:
