    check in problem still not resolved

    I have been trying to get this taken care of since April 27.  My check in day is Sunday, I do not receive any checkin notices until Monday.  Originally I was receiving two, one in the morning and the second in the afternoon, now I just get one, in the afternoon, even though I may have completed my own checkin on Sunday, without prompting from Alli.

    I only have one account, one email address, my user id is debpeters56 - is this problem too much to handle?

    Would April 27th be around the time that you changed your email address in your "my account"? This might be what is causing the error.

    No, My email address was changed close to a year ago.
