    prenatal vitamins

    My doctor recently put me on prenatal vitamins as we are thinking about getting pregnant in the next 6 months- would taking this vitamin take the place of taking the multi-vitamin?

    Hello. Yes, a pre-natal vitamin is the equivalent of a multi-vitamin. Keep in mind that once you become pregnant, you should not take alli any longer, although you can keep up the healthy eating plan.
