I am new to the program.  I  don't know how to enter a checkin weight.  When I go to the progress page there doesn't seem to be anywhere to make an entry.

You do not actually enter information into the "my progress" area. This area will contain charts based on information you enter during your check-in. Your check-in date is located in the "my goals" module on your myalliplan home page, and your firsth check-in may be a week or more after your registered Capsule Start Date.

 I checked in on Friday (my check in date).  Apparently there was a problem with the alli website (according to my computer server).  I thought my check in had been processed, but I guess not.  I know it is not a huge deal, but I thought that I read (somewhere on the website) the Alli rewards are based on timely check in.  Is there anyway for someone to adjust my check in date - I have since been able to check in and my info is current.  I am struggling right now and can use all the little boosts I can!  If not, no big deal, just thought I would ask!

When you check-in on time, error or not, this should activate a reward for that week. If you did not receive a reward, it might be that this week is not an alli reward week. They are not offered for each check-in.
