For me, eating enough dairy each day is touch, well really impossible. So i've started making smoothies for breakfast. Depending on the smoothie, they are usually around 150 calories if you eat just one serving but I tend to eat two because I'm not allowed to eat much during work (i'm a hostess) so I often go up to 8 hours without eating more than a Kashi bar. It's important to make healthy ones though, instead of the ones that call for vanilla ice cream is use the ones with milk and yogurt and pleanty of fruit of course! Sometimes I mix in some wheat germ or spinach just for the nutritional value.
Also I want to warn everyone against eating low fat things such as
cheese and yogurt and especially mayo! Read the ingredients first
because most of the time if they're labeled low fat that means it's not
fully natural which means your body won't know how to process it as
opposed to if it was natural (except for mayo which isn't close to
being natural). Also, low fat items usually have partially hydrogenated
oils and just other ingredients that are really bad for you!
Just remember to stay away from foods with the following ingredients:
partially hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, enriched or bleached wheat flower (or anything enriched)
stick to the most natural foods you can find and the foods with the least amount of ingredients on the label!
