     you can eat popcorn without salt and butter

    but just alittle bag for a snack

     I have eat popcorn everyday at work for 9 weeks and lost 22 pounds.

    I pack a sandwich baggy of the SMARTFOOD Chedder Popcorn equals 160 calories and 1 Dannon yogurt 50 calories. I have a 90 calorie granola bar on another break and for lunch I eat a what I had for supper but in a very small portion (like a cup of turkey chili with a 1/2 cup of dice canned tomatoes added) It has worked for me but I do not bring the whole bag I pack my lunch and measure my food. I have been losing eating popcorn you just have to watch how much of it you eat. Good-luck ! Amanda

     I eat air popped popcorn and then spray it with the non-fat aerosol butter-flavored spray :)  Tampabayb
