How did you accomplish you weight loss. This is my week two. today I will be starting week three. I have gained 2 lbs. cw is 202.5 Just had my four child. She is 4 months old. I am diabetic and take i nsulin just can't seem to shake the weight. any helpful tips?
Hi there! Well, I was a little skeptical about trying Alli, and when I did finally start I made sure I stayed within my calorie range/fat gram per meal range for each meal that I ate (I logged all my food online using www.sparkpeople.com). I also made sure I drank 8+ glasses of water each day, which is hard for me since water is blah LOL, but I used the crystal light packs sometimes, like with my dinner. Then I eventually got use to drinking water. My first week I didn't do much in the form of exercising except for walk one day.
Well today was my week 2 weigh-in and I uped the exercise last week running 3x (Mon, Wed, Fri) and Turbo Jam on Monday and I only lost 1.5 pounds this 2nd weigh-in. Sooo, not what I was wanting, but hey a loss is a loss and I'll take that!! I'm going to continue my exercise this week, and make sure I track everything that goes into my mouth (had some birthday parties last week) and hope for a 2-3 drop next Monday!
