    END OF WEEK 1

    At the end of week 1 I've lost 4 #. I really watch the fat grams and have only had minimal side effects. I keep alot of fat free or low fat snacks in the house, for snacking on in the evening. I eat an apple on my drive home from work.  I try to walk or bike ride at least 4-5 times a week. Good Luck Everyone!!! Mary

    Mary that is great!!  WOO HOO congrats!  Tomorrow will be my 1 week weigh-in!  I'm nervous and excited at the same time!  Hope I do as well as you did!  Keep it up!

     Congratulations to you!  I too just finished my first week and lost 2 pounds - which I'm very excited about.  As they say, little steps.......I went to the market and got lots of fat free and low fat snacks to keep in the house and went to a local farmers market for some veggies and fruit.  My daughters have even enjoyed picking out thier favorite fruits to have a treats (considering they are 7 & 5, it's a good way to get them started eating healthy!).

     Keep up the good work!  Check with you next week!

    Way to go! I'm on day 4 and oh my was day 2 awful, I didn't read carefully and I had bad treatment effects. Doing much better today! I'm hoping I can lose 4 pounds like you!!

    Hi ladies!!  Yesterday was my week 1 weigh-in!  I went from 242.5 to 238.5 a 4 pound loss!  YAY!  Just imagine if we could lose 4 pounds every week!  We would be at our goal in no time, lol!  I just want to keep a slow but steady weight loss going.  I do have a bad habit of getting on the scale everyday, and it seems like I'm losing a half pound a day!  I love Alli!

    Hello Roxanna,

    How did you accomplish you weight loss.  This is my week two.  today I will be starting week three.  I have gained 2 lbs.  cw is 202.5  Just had my four child.  She is 4 months old.  I am diabetic and take i nsulin just can't seem to shake the weight.  any helpful tips?

    Congratulations!

    I had my first check in today and I am so happy with the result! I lost 10 pounds and  had no treatment effects. It was a very tough week but I know with the help of my family I can do this. I do need to work on my activity plan now. Good luck to everyone!

    Hi there!  Well, I was a little skeptical about trying Alli, and when I did finally start I made sure I stayed within my calorie range/fat gram per meal range for each meal that I ate (I logged all my food online using www.sparkpeople.com).  I also made sure I drank 8+ glasses of water each day, which is hard for me since water is blah LOL, but I used the crystal light packs sometimes, like with my dinner.  Then I eventually got use to drinking water.  My first week I didn't do much in the form of exercising except for walk one day. 

    Well today was my week 2 weigh-in and I uped the exercise last week running 3x (Mon, Wed, Fri) and Turbo Jam on Monday and I only lost 1.5 pounds this 2nd weigh-in.  Sooo, not what I was wanting, but hey a loss is a loss and I'll take that!!  I'm going to continue my exercise this week, and make sure I track everything that goes into my mouth (had some birthday parties last week) and hope for a 2-3 drop next Monday!
