    Website Not Easy to Use

    Locked Reply

I just started  the Alli program on Friday May 30, 2008.  So far this website is not easy to use and very frustrating.  I cannot find the my check in page. All I am getting is the starting pages for people who have not yet signed up for myalliplan.  Since I can not find where to log my food, I go to Sparkpeople.com where they have a simple way to log in your food, activity, weight etc.  It is also a FREE website.  Maybe the Alli web designers should look at other sites like Sparkpeople and get some hints as to making the alli website a little more simple for the alli customers to use. I will be using Sparkpeople instead. I am going to try one more time to change my check in date on this site.

Did you register your product? Immediately after completing your registration you will be taken to the myalliplan home page (http://www.myalli.com/myalliplan.aspx). myalliplan is the online section that includes the different tools to use. myalli.com is the main home page with information about alli.

After registering, you will be able to login to your myalliplan by selecting "sign in" from the upper right-hand corner of the screen. This will also take you to your myalliplan home page.

Your first check-in will not be until at least a week after the Capsule Start Date you entered during your registration.
