    I LOVE Smoothie King! For my dessert, I love to buy a 12 oz. angel food smoothie, its 0 fat and 370 calories, and it keeps me full for the rest of the night!!! YaY! Anything on their trim menu is wonderful for this diet! WWOOO hooo!
