Just an update...and I have to say, to brag a little, hehehe...but also to let you people know we can do this, alli is a wonderful thing. Thank you, you all for your encouragement, and thank you alli! I do have 25 pounds to go to my goal of 160, I have quit taking alli for every meal now though, I work out 3-4 days a week, 2 miles on tread mill (even running time to time too), and I do half hour on weight machines. I'm finally to the point of knowing I can eat healthy without alli, but I do plan on still using it when I do need a extra boost, it's a lifetime thing, I know this, and am fine with it, because I'm healthy, fit, and I am sooooooooooooooo worth the effort. So to everyone else, keep up the good work, don't let food control you...YOU control the food! Love you all, and good luck, and congrats to everyone who is becoming healthier!!
