I never thought of olives, but they are like pringles for me, once I pop...well u get it. I use reduced fat peanut butter also. Sometimes when I need fat I spread some red. PB on some chocolate mini quaker rice snacks and its a lil like a peanut butter cup(A girl can dream can't she? lol)...Almonds are great too....I think its nice to bulk up on the fat by adding good fats as opposed to just putting a spoon of butter on ur toast you know? I mean I think with Alli, fat is fat, good or bad fats don't matter but I personally feel better about consuming "good fats" as opposed to all "bad fats".
