Hubby wants to go out to eat. Thats fine. BUT the kids and him wanna go to a steak House.If I get a steak, they sometimes only have 6oz Steak. How would I know how much Fat and Calories that is. Calorie King has it for a 3oz and thats 6 gr fat.I guess Double that???I really wanna loose more weight. So far ONLY 5lbs has come off. I have been doing this since March.Also sometimes the kids wanna do a all you can eat pizza. The pizza's are small slices how do i know what are the Fats for each slice of pizza? Before I do go out i ahve water but my problem is I eat to fast. When my kids were smaller you had to eat fast. Everytime I go out I ALWAYS get a Salad this time I really would like a steak OR those Steak Tips, with a baked Potatoe with ketchup(YUMMY) and a veggie.I guess no dessert.
