I didn't exercise much last week, either but I would at least 2-3 times a week before i started alli. I could do about anything I set my mind to (within reason). I usually make sure I do some form of cardio for at least 45 minutes, usually at low to medium intensity. I tried jogging on the tredmill, but with my weight I could only manage about 5 minutes without killing myself. I'm sure I could of pushed myself more, but I have this habit (which i'm trying to rid of) of talking myself out of things. With exercising, I still couldn't motivate myself to eat right. :( Which is why I'm now using alli, that is my motivation. It has seriously changed the way I think about food, even though it's only been a little over a week. Reading through the website, and all you people, it's enlightening and very motivating. Especially since I've experienced the "orange bubbles" I really would like to prevent those at all costs. Here's my tip: I try to do my exercising before work; in the morning. I'll wake up at 5:00 AM and be at the gym at 6 workout til about 7 and then shower, get ready and head to work. I do that because after work all I really want to do is head home and reeeeeeeellllaxxxxx! if you ever need motivation or if you wanna talk about yours or my experience will alli... If anyone for that matter... you can totally email me. Or if you want to share recipes or great diet foods you've experienced that's filling and delicious...
I tried to post this once with an email address and it was rejected.... so i'm trying again.
