I've been on Alli for 3 months. My choices for looking at the progress chart are 2 months and 6 months. If I look at 2 months it says Total Weight Change 11 lbs (which is accurate) and the y axis on the graph has a scale from 0 - 5 lbs. I thought about it and realized why it must say that, but it's fairly confusing at first glance and really only became clear when I switched to the 6 month view. You can do better.
What would be really helpful would be if I could mouse over (or click on, if you can't program the mousing over function) each of the points on the graph to show the weight it represents. I don't just want to see a chart with these dramatic looking dips that really represent relatively small changes in my weight and that change scale depending on the amount of time I'm looking at, I want to see an accurate representation of real change, best represented by the real numbers. You have the info because you're creating the chart.
How about an x axis representing time and a y axis that runs from my ultimate goal weight to my starting weight, with the ability mouse over the points as described above? I could even live with a y axis that runs from my current interim realistic goal to my original starting weight.
In other words, give me a chance to see my progress in it's full context, from the place I started when I started Alli to the place I ultimately hope to end up, with all the specific weigh in information you have. I know it can be done because when I used to do ediets, they had a chart like that.
Or, you know, you could just show a list
date 1 weight
date 2 weight
etc, etc.
