This recipie is DELICIOUS if you enjoy pumpkin and even better, it is completely fat free. If you cut them into 15 pieces, each piece is approximately 122 calories (not counting the cool whip). The only problem is that once you eat one, you want to eat the whole pan!! My solution? I take them to work and share so I can't eat the whole pan! Enjoy!!
1 Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake Mix
1 Cup water
1 Can Pumpkin (15pz)
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingrediants and pour into ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake for 45 mins, let cool. Serve with fat free cool whip.
