I too, had trouble accessing  the coupon.  When I finally was successful the screen said, "the print quota has been filled."

    Re: Coupon

I also had the same problem.  Once I was able to access the coupon it told me that the print quota had been met.

    Re: Coupon

Is this the first time you have printed out the coupon? The coupon is still available and there are many people who are printing the coupon. When it says that the max has been reached, it means for your specific IP address. If you have not printed the coupon and would still like one, please call the customer service telephone line at 1-877-4myalli (469-2554) M-F, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET (English/Spanish) and they can help you with this.

    Re: Coupon

Yes, this is the first time I have tried to print the coupon.  I have yet to try your produc.  I keep seeing the commercials and looking at your website and I'm just unable to print it out due to quota being met.

    Re: Coupon

I agree.  I think that Alli just wanted our personal information and then said the print option for the coupon has been reached???  This doesn't feel right at all !  I feel ripped off before I even had a chance to use the coupon!  Then the moderator says to call a phone number???  What kind of customer service is that?  Horrible, I say!

    Coupon

I have heard great things about Alli from TV commericals, but no personal experiences.  Why do they continue to send me e-mails about $10 off and no coupouns are available.  I would really like a coupon, is that possble?

    Thanks

    No coupon upon registration!!!!

When I try to get my discount coupon, all it appears is this:

"Sorry, but the print limit on this offer has been reached."

Will I ever get a coupon? Is it true that you guys give coupons in your webpage? They are even offered on TV inviting the people to visit your website.

     Claudia Moncayo.

    coupon and web site

your web site is one of the hardest to use. I had to resubit a request several times before I got an answer.

I tried to get a $10 coupon and the site would not let me print it. Then I treid again I was informed that the print limit has been reached.

    Re: coupon and web site

    More info about the coupon:

You have three states to choose from before printing a coupon: a new user, a returning user, and a current user. The coupon limit for the current user was met, so if you received the printing error before yesterday, this could be why. It was recently increased, so there are now more available. (Which goes to show that THOUSANDS are printing the coupon, and that it is not a scam.)

However, the limit for the coupons is one per person. So if you have printed a coupon in the past or have selected to print a coupon and it did not print (printer errors), you will receive the "limit" error. Because we understand that some printer/browser errors are beyond yours and our control, we have made these coupons available through the customer service line at 1-877-469-2554.

If you have any further questions, feel free to let me know.

    Thank you,

    Re: coupon and web site

FWIW, I, too, can't print out the coupon and received the same limit message. Today was my very first time trying (or even clicking on the page as a user in any way, shape, or form.) So... you have a problem. I went over to neighbor's house and tried to print there - different machine, different IP, and no luck there either. Before I recommend the coupon to my own patients, I'd sure like to see the problem fixed. I'll give people the customer service number - but not the suggestion to go to the URL. Good luck with this, GSK.
