Hi Hollie, I too have MS and am losing weight because of it. I feel so much better being 19 pounds lighter. I have a bit more energy. Not anywhere as much as I would like, but some. I wonder if your fat grams and calories are correct for you. It may be time for you to drop down to the next level. As far as exercising goes, it might be silly, but when your watching TV and a commerical comes on get up and walk in place until your program is back on. Do it every time the commericals are on. Start out slow and work your way up. When it gets eaiser walk faster, or pump your arms, or add a slight bounce in your step. Then you might try walking up and down your street. Every little bit will help. For your wiping problem, keep drinking the water and try patting instesd of wiping. I had to do this for a while. It will get better. I had to add Benefiber to a glass of water three times a day to help me from being stopped up. It took a couple of days, but now it is better. There are many fiber supplements out there. I take the Benefiber because it is tasteless. Some of the pills I looked at were scary. If you didn't swallow them properly they could swell in your throat and choke you! Ah, that is why I went for powder. Don't give up on Alli. It really works. I hope this helps you out Hollie. Let me know if you want to chat. I wouldn't mind a friend to help me out.
