Re: On the go breakfast ideas?

I do the same breakfast sandwich.  I got one of those microwave egg makers and make the egg in the microwave and it is a perfect round circle (in a minute!!!).  I only eat part of the yoke (my dog gets the rest, he loves those mornings).  So I toast a ww muffin, add the egg, low fat sliced cheese and canadian bacon (also the perfect round size for the muffin).  And I am good to go real fast.  I call it my allimuffin.  But check out their site for menu ideas, that is where I get so many of mine and can refine  them if need be.

    Good luck everyone.

PS  Anyone like the George Foreman grill?  I don't have one but wonder if it would be something worth looking into?

Re: On the go breakfast ideas?

I have a George Foreman grill and they are awesome.

If my husband isn't around I can cook chicken and veggies at the same time.  I have the small one.  I am thinking about getting a larger one so when my hubby is around I can cook both the meat and the veggies at the same time.

We have even grilled sandwiches on it.  Sort of looks like a deformed panni sandwich LOL!!!

Perfect.  I love fruit but it does not sustain me.  This is the answer.

I have done this as well, sometimes I put a small drizzle of maple syrup or sugar free syrup (a very small amount or it will be messy) and its like the McG____le or you could call it a McAlli  lol
