I was having the same struggle myself. I almost become obsessed with getting on scale to lost that last one lb. Then I dared myself that simce I am was going onto a 'maintaince' program shortly, that I would try to pretend I lost that last one or two lbs, and see if I could maintain the weight.
I did not get on scale for 1 week.
When I did, I found Ihad lost not only the 1 lb but 3 lbs.
