    If you are doubting...

i was a person who was one of those doubters.  Sure, my father had used it and lost 30 lbs but I was one of those people who used all sorts of excuses why he lost the weight.  I mean c'mon...I wasn't gonna take it and make a mess in my pants!  Well, getting to the point where I had no other options to try...I decided I would try it.  Well, here I am writing to all of you...after three and a half months, I am down a total of 50 pounds!  aaaaand...I'm not hungry!  LOL.  I still eat, although I have learned how to eat differently.  Alli helps you to do just that.  It lets me know if a food is too fatty for my diet and I learn to not eat that any more.  It has been my blessing.  If you are thinking about this wonder pill....try it!  You will thank me!  My goal is to lose 50 more pounds before Christmas. (funny thing, is I know I will achieve it...thanks again to alli!  The more i lose, the more active i become!  Alli has shown me there is life after fat, divorce, and being a single mom.  Life just begins when a smile is on your face everyday!

    Hi Kimberlili,

I too was a doubter.  I do the same thing look for a reason why it works for someone else but won't for me.  50 pounds is great!  I would love to lose 50 pounds by September.  Did you exercise alot?  Any tips?

It is posts like this that help to keep me motivated.  Thank you for sharing.

    Re: If you are doubting...

I wish I could say i was a big exerciser, but alas i'm not (probably would make even more weight drop off easier and faster!)  I walk 2 miles once or twice a week (thank god for mp3 players!)  Other than that, I just do what I normally do in a normal day.  I have honestly fallen in love with fruits and veggies!  I NEVER liked them at all!!!!! But now I am enjoying them.  I have also switched from regular salt to No-salt and my sugar from regular to splenda. (of course I totally restricted myself from drnking anything carbonated as well)  For me its worked wonders....but i'll give you a little inside tip....my guilty pleasure that doesn't hurt mr is.....sugar free creamsicles (only 15 calories).  On a day I NEED sweets I'll eat 4 or 5 but I don't hurt myself diet wise!  The creamyness of the creamsicle inside gets me over my cheescake cravings!  Hahahahaha!

    Re: If you are doubting...

I am not a big exerciser either so hearing that you were not obsessive with exercise gives me more hope. I have been using sea salt but I will look into buying the no salt because I am definitely a salter too!  My other weakness is Dr. Pepper.... I see you quit drinking your sodas.  That is something I have got to put DOWN... That has been on my list to cut out now for a couple of weeks.  After reading your post I am more inspired to do it once and for all.

Thanks again for sharing and responding to me.

    Re: If you are doubting...

Thanks for the words of inspiration.... i have been working on my diet and exercise and lost 6 lbs my first week.  of course, I am getting my period this week and I am retaining water big time.

I am hoping if I stick to the plan it will pay off.

Any words of wisdom or tips would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Re: If you are doubting...

Well, during "that" time...I always try to drink more water than usual.  Also, a half of grapefruit in the morning helps you flush out the excess water.  It seem to always help me

    Re: If you are doubting...

This is 100% up to you!  If you eat high fat foods this will happen.  If you keep your diet low in fat (which should be an "official" diet) then you won't have those problems.  The ball is in your court.  You decide how much of a "mess" you wanna make...out of your body, your life, and....your clothes.  LOL.
