    Coupon seems a hoax

Ok, I wanted to try it and of course, after registering, website said coupon had reached it's "print level". This coupon is advertised all over TV, but it's not available? That's called false advertising, and I believe it's illegal. Why would I even try this product when they can't even deliver a widely advertised coupon?

    Re: Coupon seems a hoax

     A little insight:

The coupon is on the myalli.com home page in the "are you one of the millions" billboard. Some users are experiencing troubles with the printing source, and if you try to print it multiple times it will likely give you a "coupon printing limit has been reached" or an error similar to that. This does not mean that the coupon is unavailable, it just means that the limit has been reached for your IP address.

If you get this error, or if you cannot print the coupon, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-4myalli (469-2554) M-F, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET (English/Spanish) for assistance.

    Thanks,

    Re: Coupon seems a hoax

Coupon isn't a hoax NOR is the product.  People just need to chill out and take a deep breath.  If you read some of the previous postings on this issue you'll see that it doesn't seem to print for everyone - computer glitch possibly?  It doesn't have ANYTHING to do with Alli/GSK - it's a glitch on the coupon source site.

Call the 800#, tell them what's going on then if you have to wait for a coupon prior to purchasing the product, then that's your best bet.

The coupon is a nice plus but it's not a necessity - this stuff REALLY does work!!!

I printed out my coupon with no problem. I suggest trying another computer to print it out.

    Re: Coupon seems a hoax

This is my first time to the myalli.com website and I only hit the print button once and receive the "Sorry, but the print limit on this offer has been reached" message.  Either the website has a glitch or the coupon is a hoax...not sure which but not good PR either way.

    Re: Coupon seems a hoax

Same thing happened with me.  I want to try alli and the coupon made me even more eager to try it.  So, I hit the print button once and got the same message.  Hey, Alli, how about fixing this glitch??????

    Re: Coupon seems a hoax

It's not an Alli issue - it's a pc/printer issue or could be the coupon source.  You also need to make sure "active x" is active on your pc.

Alli emailed me the instructions to how to print the coupon and you do need to install active X.  I have the coupon now.  Thanks Alli.

    Re: Coupon seems a hoax

Yeah, I tried to download a coupon too and it said "the limit has been reached."  Who's limit?  I have no coupon and I would like to try the product.  I agree with other posters....why is it so hard to get a coupon.........if you want people to try the product why not some incentives, Alli. How about making us ALL knowlegeable about how to get a coupon!!  Maybe it is an omen ....maybe I shouldnt try it!

    Re: Coupon seems a hoax

I also registered to receive a ten dollar coupon and was told that the coupon hed reached it's print limit. This doesn't make sense. I certainly have no interest in trying this product if they can't even follow through on the promise of an advertised coupon!
