    I agree - this is lame.  Since when would a product coupon not be available!!  Oh well, they just lost another potential customer!  Now, I'll be sure to tell all my friends!

    It work for me! I was able to print the $10.00 off coupon with no problem. Just make sure you read everything. You have to "Activate X" say yes to "install" in order to work. It work for me on the first try! Plus my printer print an extra coupon without re-printing??? Hmmm? This is probably one of the one's that didn't print for someone? LOL
