hi,
it is my 3rd day of alli....fingers crossed! my question is....what if i eat a bowl of cereal w/lots of fruit on it for bkfast. it has almost no fat. do i TRY to eat more and include fat even though i am not hungry for it? or do i have to change my bkfast altogether?
also, if i have something little when i get up, go for my walk...then have more...if the 2nd includes fat...is it ok to take the alli then?
do you have to have so many hours between each alli pill?
