Does anyone know how many calories are in an apricot?
I read that 1 apricot has about 17 calories. I had looked it up because I am always eating them since my inlaws have a tree.
They are fresh and delicious!
My Fat to Muscle book has a calorie counter and it show that one fresh apricot has just 18 calories so 17 is probably right on. Two sources.....same amount---that's a good sign. Alli works well with dried apricots too, from my experience.
