    Starbucks' Swappuccino

    I don't know about any of you, but I'm addicted to Starbucks' Frappuccinos.  My only problem: the crazy number of fat grams and calories that go along with it.  I was ready to give them up until I got these recipies.  I thought I'd share them.

    Green Tea Frapp

    Ingredients:
    4 oz. light vanilla soymilk
    1 oz. Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup (look on the coffee isle) 
    2 tsp. Fat-Free French Vanilla powdered coffee creamer
    1 heaping tsp. matcha green tea powder (found in tea shops, at select
    markets, and online)
    2 no-calorie sweetener packets                                                                                           1 1/2 cups crushed ice
    2 tbsp. Fat Free whipped topping


    Directions:
    Combine matcha green tea powder and powdered creamer with 2 oz. of
    warm water, and stir until powders have completely dissolved. Place this
    mixture in a blender, along with the soymilk, syrup, sweetener, and ice.
    Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds. Pour into a glass, and top with the
    whipped topping. Enjoy! MAKES 1 SERVING

    Strawberry Cloud

    PER SERVING (entire recipe): 119 calories, 1g fat, 102mg sodium, 21g carbs,
    2g fiber, 14g sugars, 4g protein -- POINTS® value 2*

    Ingredients:
    2/3 cup frozen strawberries (plain -- NOT in syrup!)
    5 oz. light vanilla soymilk
    2 tsp. Fat Free French Vanilla coffee creamer powder (dissolved in an oz. of
    warm water)
    1 oz.  Sugar Free Strawberry Syrup
    3 no-calorie sweetener packets                                                                                            3 large ice cubes
    2 tbsp. Fat Free whipped topping

    Directions:
    Place all of the ingredients in a blender, except for the Reddi-wip. Blend on
    high speed for 30 - 45 seconds. Pour, and top with the Reddi-wip.

    Strawberrylicious!

    Serving Size: 12 oz. with whipped topping

     

    Super-Chocolately Frozen Fudge Chip Freeze

    Ingredients:
    One 25-calorie packet diet hot cocoa mix, dissolved in 4 oz. warm water
    1 tbsp. sugar-free chocolate syrup
    2 oz. light vanilla soymilk
    3 no-calorie sweetener packets 
    1 tbsp. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
    7 - 8 ice cubes OR 1 cup crushed ice
    2 tbsp. Fat Free whipped topping


    Directions:
    Place cocoa mixture, chocolate syrup, sweetener, chocolate chips, soymilk
    and ice in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30 - 45 seconds. Pour into an
    attractive cup, and top with a little Fat Free Reddi-wip. Enjoy! MAKES 1

    Raspberry Bliss  *My personal favorite of them all!*

    Ingredients:
    4 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate
    2 oz. Sugar Free Raspberry Syrup
    1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
    1 tsp. Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee creamer powder
    1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
    3 packets no calorie sweetener 
    1 1/2 cups crushed ice OR 8-10 ice cubes
    2 tbsp. Fat Free whipped topping (a one-serving squirt)

    Directions:
    Place coffee, cocoa, sweetener and Coffee creaner in a glass. Add 1 oz. hot water
    to glass, and stir to dissolve ingredients. Next add chocolate and raspberry
    syrup and stir briefly. Now place contents of glass in a blender. Add ice and
    blend on high speed until well blended. Pour into a tall glass, and finish off
    with whipped cream. Enjoy!

    Serving Size: entire recipe (approx. 16 ounces)
    Calories: 63
    Fat: 2g
    Sodium: 130mg
    Carbs: 7.5g
    Fiber: 1g
    Sugars: 2.5g
    Protein: 1.5g

    Vanilla Thrilla

    Ingredients:
    5 oz. light vanilla soymilk**
    3 tsp. Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee creamer powder; dissolved in 1 oz. warm
    water
    1 flat tsp. instant coffee
    1 oz. Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
    3 packets no callorie sweetener                                                                                           1 cup ice; crushed
    2 tbsp. Fat Free whipped topping

    Directions:
    Place all of the ingredients in blender, except for the whipped topping. Blend on
    high speed until well blended. Pour into a tall glass, and finish off with
    whipped topping. A vanilla dream!
