    myalliplan.com web page not working

    I have missed check-in for the second week in a row due to an error message that comes up when I go to www.myalliplan.com. Of course I have not stopped receiving the reminder emails letting me know that I've missed check-in. Is there an issue with the web page? Please help because I am falling behind in charting my progress. Thanks Paula R. Miller

    This is the message I get everytime I try to check in.  I can get into my alli plan but not able to check in. I have tried about 7 times tonite. I think I will give up now! lol! Any suggestions? All help in appreciated. thanks

    Are you going straight to your myalliplan page? When you get this error message, in the top right-hand corner it will say "sign in". Click there, enter your login information, and you should be able to complete your check-in.

    I've e-mailed in the contact us and problem areas, I got ahead of myself and threw away the welcome book in my starter kit before I realized I needed it to register...is there anything I can do? I'd rather not have to buy another starter kit just for the code when I've already purchased one?
