    Meal plans

Is there a way to print out your weekly grocery list?  Also, instead of clicking on each food choice for the recipe for the week, is there a way to print out all recipes for that week?

    Re: Meal plans

Grocery list: There is a "printer-friendly version" option in the top, left-hand side of the shopping list.

Weekly recipes: In your weekly meal plan there is a "print all meals" link in the bottom, left-hand corner.

    Re: Meal plans

I have been on the alli plan now for one year.  I hit my goal weight in March.  I have bounced back up 6 lbs but not worried I am still on the plan and plan on working hard again.  My question / problem with the meal plan is that I like to eat mostly vegatarian food but also like to have fish and occationally some turkey.   When I check chicken/turkey the plan turns to mostly chicken meals so I go back and forth from vegie / fish to add turkey and chicken and its like messed up my meal plan big time.  I use the shopping list as well and enjoy the program.  I have seen many good receipt on the plan but some never get on my meal plan.  Like fish tacos or enchaladas?  Maybe you can help me to understand what I am doing wrong.

    Re: Meal plans

The recipes are separate from the meal plan because not all the recipes fit into your calorie/fat gram ranges. You can add these recipes into your daily Nutrition Log though.

An idea for the veggie/fish/turkey/chicken issue:

You can keep your meal plan on one or the other options and just add the turkey into your nutrition log, or subtract it by defining the food as a negative value in your log.
