I am very new to ALLI (so new that I am doing the pre ALLI dieting to try to clear myself of the fat I have been eating!) Please someone correct me if I am wrong, but I would think sunflower seeds are fine as long as it is part of the balanced food plan you're eating. Nuts arte very healthy in limited portions. I am extremely aware of fat grams all of a sudden, and I plan on having a half serving of sunflower seeds sometimes. Again, someone *please* let me know if this is incorrect.
