Hello Everyone! I am back and last time i worte on here I had lost 61 lbs. I've not lost much since then, I down to 67 lbs and need 3 more to reach my goal weight of 70lbs. It has been almost 1 year since i started the Alli program and it has CHANGED MY LIFE!!  I feel like a walking Advertisement at times but I love to talk to everyone and anyone who is willing to haer the story on how I did it! I recently joined the commnispace, it's a forum like this one , of people who have used and lost weight on Alli! And they cannot belive my before and after pictures. If any of you out there are members look me up under rosalinda h. california, just click on my name to see my profile. I want to be an inspiration to those who thought , "I can't do it". I was that person 1 year ago! I am now 147 from 215, size 20 to a size 8 and best of all HAPPIER than I have ever been! I enjoy life now, instead of trying to hide from it! I wish I can tell you detail by detail my story but I would not have enough room to fit it all, so if anyone out there wants to hear , I'll  be happy to talk to you! My only regret is that I wasted 11 years of my life yo-yo dieting, I robbed my children of the most important years of their lifes', but I here now and ready for anything that comes my way!        Thanks to Alli

Wow!  What a story!  What an inspiration!  Thanks for sharing your tremendous success with the rest of us.  You have done a marvelous job and you deserve credit for your efforts.  Alli only works for those who work with it, and you have obviously done your part.  Reading your story renews my determination to make this lifestyle change a permanent part of my life.  I have never heard of commnispace but I will certainly try to find it.

wow, great job!! I too am super-satisfied with Alli.  it is an amazing product, and I wouldn't have gotten so gung-ho about dieting if it hadn't been for the site and the incredible support/ interesting stories and tidbits.  I can't believe I'm almost at 20 pounds lost... I haven't weighed this much in years-- since 2005, actually!!  although I still have about 15 more pounds to go before I'm at my goal, I'm confident I can do it, based on all the success stories I hear.

And your weight-loss is really amazing too-- I'm glad it's had such a positive effect on your life.  you've really done something incredible!!!

 Congratulations on your tremendous success.  To everyone who thinks it's too hard to loose just a few pounds at a time, think about where you will be in one year if you don't stick with it.  Here's a great example of a person who stuck with it and lost over 60 pounds.  I am inspired by your story.  I hope others are too.  

Thank you for your time in replying to my post, sometimes I really just want to tell the whole world how I feel, I was a very depressed person before Alli! I have found the new me, actually I was in there all along and just needed some help to shine! lol Thanks!

Thank you! And there is no need to try extra hard, just try to listen to your heart and the person within you to tell you how you feel! Alli will work for you but you need to to work for it!

I want to get my story out there as much as possible not only because Iam proud of myself but beacuse this program really works and especially with a society that has created and Over-weight problem, people should really give this a try, what do they have to lose except for some extra weight, right!
