Then how is that i am reading blogs of people loosing 3 or 4 lbs in the first week. how is that possible..i know i don't want to loose weight over night....i am just wondering if i am doing anything wrong....i want fix it before i make a habbit of it....
also how do people manage to eat 15g of fat per meal....i can barely get to 10g...for breakfast i have tea and english muffin...for lunch.....i eat a lean cuisne for lunch and a fruit or yogart...my biggest struggle is dinner and weekends.....but still is that enough to take Alli or no?
