    laughing cow light cheese spread

I've found that 5 wheat crackers with a wedge of  Light Laughing Cow cheese spread is wonderful. It really fills you up and it tastes too good to believe that it's not full of fat. It comes in about five different flavors and all of them are good. The garlic herb makes a great dip for veggies, too.

You are so right!  I like the texture of Melba Toast, which is fat free.  A very satisfying snack.

Re: laughing cow light cheese spread

I looked into laughing cow light but it still has to much fat and calories for me. I found light blue cheese on the same shelf and got that because blue cheese has a stonger flavor so I eat less of it.blue cheese with a pear or apple is GREAT!! 1/4 cup of the blue cheese is 80 calories and 5 grams of fat but I dont see myself eatting 1/4 of a cup because of the stong flavor.

Re: laughing cow light cheese spread

I like light blue cheese, but not for a snack.  I tend to put it on my little half of a half of a steak. LOL (Hey, it's the truth.  My appitite that was once all consuming has gone away. ^_^)  Very tasty.  I agree that Laughing cow light is a tad high in fat for a snack, but I'm never hungry enough to eat that second snack, so it works out great for me.
