This is One of Many southern foods I love that I dont eat much of heres how u make it the low fat way
1 Head of cabbage make sure u cut the white middle part out
Cut it in Shreds (Rinse)
3-4 cloves of Garlic Chopped
1 Onion Cut in strips
Crushed red Pepper (optional)
Since oil is high in fat use pam Sautee garlic and onions in frying pan stir until soft Slowly add cabbage into the pan add 2 capfuls of apple cider vineagar NO MORE THAN 2 Add a 2 tsp of splenda to your cabbage let it simmer for 20 mins Season with Mrs Dash and Pepper The cabbage will be Soft but a lil crunchy. Enjoy:)

The reason why I chose to start Alli is the Day I turned 40 which was in February I told myself 40 is a new beginning New start so I decided to lose weight to a size where I am "Comfortable" Not what society says I "Should be" I am now a size 32-34 My Ideal size is 26-28 IF I get back down to a 22-24 Great!! I'm not gonna take a jump off of a bridge if I dont get down to that size.
I love Myself enough to not allow my weight to control me.. I am the one who controls my weight. Yes I am Full Figured I LOVE me Just want to lose for health reasons. although I am blessed that I do not have any I want to lose weight before any start.
