6/29:
I was at a wedding all day, but I did a ton of dancing and I really felt my heart rate was up for a lot of it including a lot of the hora and Israeli dancing so it was a real workout, but I was also sitting for a lot too so I'm going to count it as 90 min of dancing.
I also felt really good because at the cocktail hour I only ate vegetables and fruit without any dip or anything. Also at the whole wedding I only drank water, that way I was able to enjoy the main course without going over on calories and fat for the day. Yay.
Carol Joy and Patti: I was reading what you were posting on the other thread about soy meats. I love the smart life chicken strips. I use them all the time in salad or quesadillas and stuff. They're only 80 calories per serving and are fat free and they have a lot of protein and fiber. They taste really good too. I actually put them on pizza once for a party and people thought they were real chicken.
