I personally have a problem with "fake" anything...the Olestra chips have me running for the bathroom as soon as I look at them Ugh (but that's just me).
The baked chips are great in a pinch.
I have been on Alli for 2 weeks and have the fat free pringles made with Olstera probably 3 times a week with my lunch. I have had not a single problem and no side effects at all. For me it helps to have them because I feel like I am cheating, yet staying within the plan.
