Re: a race to live....labor day challenge

I didn't get a chance to post last week, but 1 gained 2 lbs last week and 1 more this week. I am finally back on track with logging into the nutrition log, which I slacked off of for the past month. I also stopped taking the pills for the past 3 weeks to see if I could jump start my weight loss again. I officially started taking them on Sat. We'll see what happens,

(Hugs Kimberley).. I know the feeling, This is a new week...let's make it happen...one day at a time.

Jolllllllyyy !!! Welcome back! Great job on getting back on track! So tell me...what was your mother-in-laws reaction to your weight loss so far? Hope you got plenty of compliments...you surely deserve it for all your hard work!

Stay positive and have a healthy week.............

Re: a race to live....labor day challenge

Well, the Labor Day challenge has come to an end and I'm up .8 of a lb.(133.8) from last week.  I think it's from being a little high on my sodium intake this week as I look over my nutrition log. I did spend most of the day yesterday cleaning out the garage (ugh) and washing floors in the house. My back is a little sore today, but will be doing yard work today (ahhh) love working in the yard! Keep a chin up and stay positive...We will get there one pound at a time....

Have a great holiday and stay healthy!

Re: a race to live....labor day challenge

Well, STILL holding. I have to figure out something fast to get over this plateau. It feels like I'll never get to that goal weight.  Guess with Labor Day here it's time to review what I've been doing or not doing and refocus.  Good luck to all of you!!!  :-)
