    Re: Getting Started....

I agree that you are better off making your own meals and figuring it all out yourself, it's more realistic and you end up really knowing what is in everything.  I have been advised by others on the program to do that as well.

    good luck!

I am starting my reduced fat diet tomorrow morning. I will beging taking the capsules on Saturday. I have found from previous experience that having the meal plans done out for you will work wonders. It is a great thing to have the meals planned so you know exactly how many calories and fat you are taking in. I really think you should give this a try. You will find that it actually is a great guide to your weight loss. Good luck!

    Re: Getting Started....

I found that the meal plan created alot of waste and there were alot of things on it that I don't eat. Section 5 in the Healthy Eating Guide in the starter pack gives exchanges so you can make subsitutions to fit your personal preferences. You should try to stay within these suggested exchanges for optimal results and to ensure you are getting all the nutrients you need to stay healthy.
