Hello All-

 I had been thinking about starting Alli for a while now and decided today to start.  I had a baby 2 years ago and never lost the baby weight.  I've tried Phentermine in the past and it worked great, I lost alot of weight on it but I hated the way it made me feel.  I'm going into this with an open mind and excited to see how it works.

hello, welcome to the Alli boards.  You have taken a step into a wonderful new you.  The journey will not be easy, but believe me well worth it.  I started Alli on January 4th, at 210 lbs, and today I weight 149 lbs, almost to my goal weight of 140 lbs.  As I said it has not been easy, but I am soooooooo loving the new me, and the ability to buy clothes from the "regular" section instead of the "womens" section.

Welcome to the board! This plan is much different than taking Phentermine. You won't have the feelings on alli that you did on Phentermine and you are going to learn how to lose weight and keep it off. You also have access to experts to answer your questions and lots of amazing support by others who are going through this with you.
