I'm with Linda Tnufh4g807.... I am hoping you are feeling a little better with your foot and your medical situation, as well as getting through the loss of your sister, the best you can.  Yes, your post was very encouraging to me.  I guess all we can do is keep at it, huh?  I'll be there for you if you promise to be there for me, ok?  I think we can all use a hand to hold onto, through this weight struggle and all the other things that life sends our way.  I'm thinking of you, and hope all is going well for you.

Re: Mrs. Buckeye, Hopeful, FionaKitty...everyone else from last year

Hi all, i'M still around too.  My weight is still the same after losing my 83 pounds.  I've been maintaining and only fluctuate by a pound or two week after week.  My eating habits have changed though.  Portion control for me and still watching what I eat keep my weight in check.  I'm active too.  My job keeps me on my feet moving for almost my whole work day and I exercise too.  My starting weight was 250 and I'm now at 165-168 all the time.  Most people that haven't seen me before, say that I look like I've never been overweight and have always looked thin.  When I show them my old ID card, a lot of them say it doesn't even look like me.  Very big difference in what I looked like then to what I look like now.  It's been costly though, I've been through about 3 wardrobes in the last year and a half.  But it's well worth it and I would do it all over again to be at where I am now.  My self esteem and attitude are extremely high.  Good luck to all who are still on the Alli.
