Well, I have to agree with your choice of breakfast, but sometimes, people just don't want the distraction of cooking and/or preping food for meals. My solution is Saveway has Eating Right meals that aren't loaded with preservatives and tells you the caloric content and breakdown.
Here's an idea, you could purchase the snack-pak sizes of your favorite cereals, keep a container of non-fat milk at work and a box of splenda in your desk. On your way to work, stop and pick up a few days worth of fresh fruit. I'm not a big yogurt fan, but you can eat some lowfat cheeses (string is really good) to eat with the other pieces of fruit.
Splenda is calorie-free and is not absorbed by the body, so I don't know where you got the 4 calories from, but it is still a better choice than regular sugar or the other artificial sweeteners.
